I was referred to Greg by my real estate agent. They made everything easy and it was a smooth process. I will work with Greg again if I ever find myself in a situation in need of a mortgage company.

My husband and I were referred to Greg and his team when our original lender was no longer able to give us a loan commitment. We were under contract and had already paid our EMD. We did not want to lose the money or the house. Greg and his team took action the same day we contacted them and we closed 30 days later! They were patient and explained everything to us. We are forever grateful to them for saving our deal!

Greg Clark and team were amazing through my entire home buying process! I am one of those people that have been in the market to buy for well over a year & I can honestly say that through my entire process Greg was always honest, genuine and always gave me great advice. I know they have other clients but I swear it didn't seem like it because whenever I would reached out or needed help with something Greg would respond so quickly. If I had a few questions or didn't understand something he would quickly schedule a call to go over anything I needed to discuss (even when i forgot he was on vacation and i reached out..lol) he was still willing to connect with me to answer my questions. Greg is really just an all around great guy to work with, very experienced & knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. They have a client for life in me and anyone that I can recommend to work with them I absolutely will. During one of the biggest and most stressful moments in me life Greg and team were always supportive and they made it as easy and uncomplicated as they possibly could. Great experience!!

First, response times from the Greg Clark team are incredible. There were times throughout the two and a half year process of us trying to find a house where I emailed the team at 9 pm or later asking for pre-approval letters (offers needed to be made within 12 hours in this market) and the team responded within minutes, every time. They go above and beyond anything that we would have expected as first time home buyers.
Second, as a first time home buyer, we really didn’t know what to expect from all the people/companies we had to interact with along the way and it was hard to know who was really on our side. I have no doubt that the Greg Clark team was truly on our side and was working to help us through every step in the process. This point is especially important because there were plenty of forms that I did not understand. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and Amanda made sure we were confident in what we were signing.
We appreciate all of the help and will absolutely be working with Annie Mac and the Greg Clark team every chance we get going forward. Thank you so much for a great first home buying experience!

Buying a home has probably been the most stressful/hardest thing I've ever had to do, but Steve and Greg with Annie Mac answered any and all questions we had throughout the whole process. They responded promptly with next steps, what to expect, etc. and even set up a Zoom call to explain the entire process and what to expect in detail, our different options, and what everything meant. Really glad to have been able to work with Annie Mac!

As you read through these reviews, you almost think there is no way there can be this much positive feedback. After working with Greg and his team, I believe each and every one of these positive experiences. During our journey, we changed course several times, originally looking to purchase a home to ultimately refinancing/cash out option. The amount of scenarios and options we ran through Greg, I almost felt bad for. He never skipped a beat and worked through each and every situation with us. Not only did he take on everything we threw at him, he did it professionally and with a great demeanor. Greg made himself available for phone calls on evenings, weekends, and even on vacation...the guy deserves a bonus for all the time he took! In the end, this was one of the easiest, most pleasant experiences. Greg and team are excellent and I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone!

Greg is fantastic to work with. He is very responsive, and puts everything in terms that people easily understand. I have worked with him in the past, so it was a no brainer to contact him about the refinance of my home. Within 1 hour of Greg receiving the documents needed, he provided me with options for my refinance, and I was connected with the right people to process my loan within the week. My file was cleared to close with no stress, and a lot of the work was completed through email! What a stress free process. I highly recommend Greg and his team for any of your refinance needs!

Greg was referred to me by a friend of mine who is a realtor. I actually wasn't always the most responsive to Greg as our family had been very busy, but he was patient and continued to keep me informed. He went over a few different options for us, made some recommendations based on our specific situation, and a few weeks later we were closing on our refinance at a much lower rate!
