We had used Greg and AnnieMac for our home purchase. When we refinanced, we contacted Greg. We were able to shave 10 years off of our mortgage and save more than a percentage point. Can’t recommend Greg enough! We were first time homebuyers and had a ton of questions and he was always very responsive, and explained everything thoroughly so we could understand. Even in a pandemic, we never felt like communication was an issue. He was always willing to jump on a Zoom if we needed something explained further. He also recommended a great realtor to us. Whether it's a new mortgage or a refinance, it's still a stressful situation. From pulling tax files, paycheck stubs, and other documents, it is a time consuming process. Plus all of those signatures. And, everything is needed urgently while you're still balancing life, work and other obligations. But, even with all of that Greg's team made it a breeze. They communicate with you on a regular basis and set clear expectations. You know what to expect each step of the way. I highly recommend them.

If anyone is looking to refinance their home you should reach out to Gregory Clark GC !!! He responded to a Facebook message I sent him on a Sunday when I'm sure he was trying to enjoy his weekend... had all the numbers and approval back to us the next day and was so quick to answer my texts/messages! He then got us approved at an even lower interest rate than he originally promised and saved us just shy of $300/month!!! We went from 4.35% to 2.99% with NO MONEY TO CLOSE!!! If you are thinking about refinancing your house, he's your guy!!!!
