I have now used the Greg Clark Team to purchase two different homes. Everyone is extremely accessible, communicative, and helpful. As a teacher, I’m often working during normal business hours as well as evening hours, and I was very appreciative of the fact that I could reach the team through text, email, and phone calls. Although I would love to say that I am in my forever home, I change my mind often, but one thing I will not change my mind about is using the Greg Clark Team again in the future. They will always be my first call. If you’re looking for someone/a team who will answer all of your questions, be prompt with responses, and truly help you every step of the way, this is the way to go.

First, response times from the Greg Clark team are incredible. There were times throughout the two and a half year process of us trying to find a house where I emailed the team at 9 pm or later asking for pre-approval letters (offers needed to be made within 12 hours in this market) and the team responded within minutes, every time. They go above and beyond anything that we would have expected as first time home buyers. Second, as a first time home buyer, we really didn’t know what to expect from all the people/companies we had to interact with along the way and it was hard to know who was really on our side. I have no doubt that the Greg Clark team was truly on our side and was working to help us through every step in the process. This point is especially important because there were plenty of forms that I did not understand. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and Amanda made sure we were confident in what we were signing. We appreciate all of the help and will absolutely be working with Annie Mac and the Greg Clark team every chance we get going forward. Thank you so much for a great first home buying experience!

My husband and I were referred to Greg and his team when our original lender was no longer able to give us a loan commitment. We were under contract and had already paid our EMD. We did not want to lose the money or the house. Greg and his team took action the same day we contacted them and we closed 30 days later! They were patient and explained everything to us. We are forever grateful to them for saving our deal!
