This was the 3rd time I’ve worked with Greg and his team. Always an easy process and that’s why I keep coming back. Everyone goes out of their way to help and make sure all the questions are answered. I definitely would recommend Greg to any first time homebuyer or an experienced home buyer as he is very knowledgeable in his field.

Greg and his team are the absolute best! This time around, we went through him to refinance our home since the interest rates are at an unprecedented low. I can assure you that working with Greg means you will get the best possible finance deal that you can get. He is constantly on the prowl for lower interest rates to help his customers. He is very patient, takes his time with you, and will answer any questions you have! I can’t say enough about him. We hope to never use another lender as long as we are buying.

So I had been thinking about refinancing, but really did not have much time to figure out when and how, ie do the research. Greg is awesome! HE helped me with my original home purchase and he remembered me when rates were primed for people like me. He walked me through the process, is patient in answer my extra long list of questions and situational queries. When the value of my house was appraised well above both our expectations he helped me lool at all the other options that I had and what they meant. I did my research to still to understand tax write-off impact.
He and his team were great in help me and reaching out if I missed responding to anything. I recommend Greg and Annie-mac for first-timers purchaser or refinancing.

Where to begin? The whole process with Greg was transparent, painless, and you KNOW he is giving you his full attention on every detail throughout. As a first time home buyer that had no idea what to expect, I was pretty overwhelmed. Greg took the time to schedule a zoom call with me where he went line by line and delved deep in to what I need and what to expect. After the first call I felt completely confident about buying a home, and I am not sure if that would have happened otherwise! I know Greg has helped some colleagues as well so I figured it was a no-brainer to reach out to him, and I have 0 regrets doing so. You can Tell Greg has a passion for what he does but more importantly helping his clients. Thank you Greg again for getting me in to an amazing first home, and for being there literally every time I had a question or needed something. I cannot imagine any service being better! When/if the time comes, I will be sure to back!

Greg truly is the best of the best. While refinancing our mortgage, Greg ensured that we were in good hands and well taken care of. The AnnieMac teams really have unmatched service. As a second time AnnieMac client I'm continuously blown away at their dedication to get things right the first time and leave clients feeling well taken care of. When I say that my refinance was painless, I mean it. AnnieMac teams were even able to help us refinance despite my husband deploying right in the middle of the process. This refinance left us, a military family, with an interest rate cut nearly in half as well as $300 extra each month in our pockets. It was truly incredible how everything flowed so seamlessly. Amazing, awesome and amazing again. Greg and his team are by far the best in the business. September 2020 my husband and I found the perfect home for our family. We made an offer and were quickly under contract. We were overjoyed. However, that joy turned into a nightmare as the previous lender we were using dropped the ball and our settlement date was quickly approaching. I immediately reached out to Greg and he was a godsend. Not only did he reassure us that it was all going to be ok he truly delivered. Once again Greg and the Anniemac team provide top notch service. Greg actually reached out to me on his own account for us to refinance again even though we just did in 2019. We were able to lower our interest rate by over 1.25% and save $200/month on our monthly payment as well as removing our PMI. If you’re looking for a lender, you’ve found the one. Greg goes above and beyond to make the purchase/refinance process seamless.

Greg and his team were amazing! From day one, we felt we were in good hands. He was recommended by a close friend and so glad we had him on our side. From gathering our information in the beginning, to the final signatures, it was a perfect match! The whole experience was beyond amazing. At first, you think purchasing a home will be stressful and complicated, it was far from it. We were always given the needed information and were explained everything that went into the process. Greg was amazing to work with on our primary residence refinance. We could not pass up the low rate he offered to us. He is super responsive to all of our questions. When going through these type of transactions, so much information is requested by the lender and we had many questions as to why it was needed. Greg explains things so well and jumped on any question we had right away. Him and his team worked efficiently and provided guidance the whole time. Our settlement was a breeze. This is not the first time we have worked with Greg and most definitely will not be our last!! Thanks for everything Greg!

This was our 2nd time working with Greg and his team. As per usual Greg and his team knocked it out. They are super easy to work with. We went from a 30 year fix FHA to a 20 year conventional shaved 6 years off our current Mortage. Got rid of That pesky PMI. Lowered our interest rate from 3.9 to a 2.8 and saved money monthly with our new payment. They laid all 4 options out 30,25,20,15 years, and broke it down for us. I will always refer Greg and his team to anyone. If their is any problems along the way they make sure it’s corrected and your taken care of. Thanks Greg and his team for another job well done!

I financed my original loan with him and even shopped around for my refinance, but still landed with Greg because he had the best rates and service for me.
