Greg and his team (Amanda and Val) were amazing through the entire home buying process! Always available to answer questions and were there for me every step of the way! They made the mortgage process as easy as possible and helped me close early on my home. They made the experience as a first time homebuyer awesome and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I talked to Greg in April about refinancing but rates had just gone up so he said he would reach out to me when things were lower. Sure enough as rates went back down I got an email from him saying now was a good time and we jumped on refinancing our house. The process was very easy and the whole team was great to work with. Knocking 1% (and we managed to get an extra 1/8th at the very end) and several years off the mortgage was great. I can't recommend Greg and his team enough.

My first home buying experience was composed of educated desicions and professional advice. Amanda and Angela did an amazing job helping to keep track of all things paperwork and deadline related. Greg's team got us a great rate, we had a 60 day settlement between March and May 2020. We were able to close with covid-19 restrictions in place and likely benefitted from the market instability and low rates. Greg was my first and last visit for loan officers, his team earned a lifelong client.

This was the second time Greg and his team took care of our mortgage needs. Five years ago Greg got us a great rate and made the experience a pleasure. My agent had never used Annie Mac and had been a little nervous, but she was wowed with their service; this is someone who has dealt with hundreds of mortgage companies prior. I checked in with Greg a few years ago when rates dipped a little to see if it was a good time to refinance. He explained the pros and cons and put it in terms I could understand never making me feel like the total financial novice I am. It turns out the savings would not have been very much and Greg turned down a payday by looking out for me. Here comes 2020 and rates go down again. I call “My mortgage guy” again and find out it is a GREAT time to refinance. Greg got us an awesome rate (lower than he predicted), a shorter term and I am now going to save thousands (high five digits) in interest and own my home sooner. Sandra was my loan handler; she was fast to respond to any of my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. I plan for this to be the last mortgage I have, but if I ever need another one, there is only one person I would call. Big thanks to Greg and his team!!
